30-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee:
Practical Devices offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our products. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for your money back, including your original shipping cost. The fine print:
- Unit must be returned to us within 30 days of sale;
- Customer must email sales@practicaldevices.com for return shipping instructions.
- Unit must be returned in the same undamaged, good working order as it was received;
- Customer must pay for return shipping cost.
- Practical Devices will refund you the original cost, including the cost of the original shipping, except for the following NON-refundable shipping charges:
- Customers who pre-arranged and paid extra for expedited shipping;
- Shipping charges to Italy and Israel.

Product Warranty:
We warranty our products are free from any defects in parts or workmanship. Should you have any problems, we promise to make it right. Our warranty is subject to the following:
- Warranty is in effect from the date of purchase for the following periods:
- XM6: three (3) years.
- XM5: two (2) years.
- All other products: one (1) year.
- Problems must be reported to sales@practicaldevices.com to obtain return instructions.
- This warranty covers any defects in workmanship. It does not cover abuse, physical damage, or the like.
